Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify me at least 24hrs in advance so that the deposit can be credited to your rescheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations/reschedules will result in you having to rebook your appointment and deposit forfeited. You may only reschedule your appointment once without your deposit being forfeited. The new rescheduled date has to be within 2 weeks of the original date. If not, the new appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. Please be on time for your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there is a $15 late fee that is applied to the total due. After 20 minutes, the appointment is subject to be canceled. (This is on a case-by-case basis so please communicate with me.)
